What was the name of that manga with the fox spirit and the girl who just became a shrine maiden or something?

Okay, in the first volume of this manga, this girl is evicted from her house and she stumbles across this guy who gives her his temple/home as a place to live as long as she becomes the (insert Japanese word here) of the temple -- meaning she becomes it's owner, etc. There's this fox-spirit that doesn't want to be her (insert other Japanese word) -- meaning he doesn't want to be her spirit guardian or something. So to make this kistune her guardian she has to kiss him and she does when they're falling from a tree. And there was this fish princess that was in love with a human boy or something along those lines. Anyone know what this manga was called?
