I have a verizon wireless impulse cell phone and I'm looking for phones that are compatible with that?

I have a verizon wireless impulse cell phone and I need a new phone. I don't want to pay the price of a brand new phone and used phone in good shape would do. Would a normal verizon wireless cellphone work for the impulse plan? If so, where can I get a really cheap one? I'm more or less interesting in a qwerty keyboard or a touch phone. Possibly both. For example- cosmo, env touch, etc.. Would ebay be an okay place to look? If so, could you maybe suggest one off of there for me, please. Thanks for your time and please help!
