Best and easy to get job in uk ?

i am currently applying for jobs and have filled out application forms for big companys such as pizza hut, argos and boots and was just wondering which big chains take on anyone and are recruting a lot of the time ? I live in the uk. I have applied for many open jobs. Also which uk shops or reastraunts pay good money for 16 year olds ? I dont want to earn only minimum wage !
