What movie had the little girl who drowned.....? {title}?

Ok so i remember this one movie and i don't remember the name! Theres this little girl who drowned in a well years ago and then this mother (japanese) moves into an apartment with her daughter. In the end the little girl who died in the well (who also wears a yellow raincoat) take the mothers- because that's the only thing she was after was a mom-in a elevator full of water and disappears. The other little girl who was the woman's real daughter goes to live with her dad and stepmother and years later comes back to the apartment. She sees her mother in the apartment and tells her to come live with her again but the mother says no, then disapears and i think the movies over....so..WHAT WAS THE MOVIE CALLED =O
