What's a Good Fashion and Makeup Magazine?

Just fashion and makeup (affordable as well nothing "runway" or "designer" or "high end"). I don't want a magazine that only talks about expensive things and has maybe 1 or 2 affordable things. Also one without sex tips. I've tried glamour but it's just cosmo lite and I hate cosmo. Any suggestions?
