LG Cosmo problems? whats wrong with it?

so i have an LG cosmo but lately it hasnt exactly been working. like when i receive pic mail ill get it right when it is sent but then the next day i receive it again three more times. and sometimes my texts dont send or if im sending something to facebook it is sent twice when on my phone it says it only sent once. and sometimes when im texting my friends who also have verizon i dont always receive the texts they send me. so is this just a service problem or is the phone broken or something?
