SHOULD I WATCH HETALIA?

Well I'm a Japanese guy and need an anime( surprise surprise) to watch, and I saw hetalia and let me say japan is funny! He looks just like my older brother (weird) but people say it's offensive I've only watched one episode but I don't want to be watching something people find rude should I still watch it and do you find hetalia offensive to you?
