Pregnant and getting horrible cramps?

I'm about 9 weeks pregnant and last night up to this morning I started to feel a horrible pain on my right side but only if I lay on my left side. I'm laying on my right side where the pain was an I'm fine hut the pain was so bad where I dint n could barley move. Is that bad? Please list resources.
