Iron chef America and Japan fake or real?

I ******* love watching that show, the old Japanese one and the new America one.....Though I wish Japan would start up Iron Chef again.....Anyways I think its partially fake, because if you watch the show alot then you'll notice that the secret ingredient is always going to favor the iron chef ALWAYS....if its morimoto then its alwas fish, tofu....and if it Baltali its cheese, or sausage.....Flay, its like peppers.....Another thing is the chefs just go straight into the cooking without discussion of what thy r going to make..i dont care how good thy are thy gotta communicate...and also, in the beginning when the challenger picks the chef thy want to go up against...i mean do allllll the iron chefs really stand there and wait for the guy to pick...and then the rest leave once the dude has chosen....i dont think so...so what do u guys think..?
