I was beat up by bouncers at nightclub Can I sue them and for how much?

My wife and I arrived to a nightclub at about 10:30pm. We were having a good time. I had only one beer and my wife and three cosmo's.At 1:20am A large tall heavy set bouncer aproaches me and ask me to get off the dance floor because my wife is too intoxicated. My wife and I looked at him and said your kidding right.Shes fine. He then pushes me with both hands and says get of the f!#@ dance floor. I then said ( hey man you dont have to push me) then a second bouncer gets me from behind me and begins to chokes me. I am screaming help, stop, your going to break my neck I then could not speak and slowly began to fall to the floor as a second gaurd punches me in the face and head repeatedly. I fainted. My wife was pushed and thrown to the dance floor suffering a sprained,inflamed ankle, and hip lower back injury trying to help me.As i regained consious I asked the bouncers to please leave me alone I have kids and mean no harm.They then hancuffed me and took me through the back door of the nightclub. I asked them why did you do this to me, I have a family and you almost broke my neck, why I never fought back or disrespected you? They said to shut the @#@ up your going to jail, i said for what? no reply. Officer shows up 3mins later, shakes the bouncers hand then discusses with the bouncer for a few minutes about incident, and then I hear the officer say should I take them to jail. I interrupted and said officer may I please explain my side of story, officer says no why dont you just leave before I take you to jail..SCARED my wife and I got into our vehicle and drove to the emergency room for treatment and xrays, police arrived and I was then able to file a police report that same night.Officer took pictures of face,nose,elbow,knee,back,neck injuries.My only witnesses is my sister,cousin and wife. My sister took a few pics and then was also taken through the back of the club and thrown to the ground for taking pictures...Do I have a case to sue the club and bouncers. Please help 5/9/2011
