I need the name of an old reggae artist.?

I saw this old reggae documentary in my music class but forgot the name of it but it was a documentary about reggae and rastafarianism and in it was this old guy who sat in what looked like a hut singing this song called "war" but I can't for the life of me remember his name. If anyone could please help. It's driving me nuts!
