I need help grabbing a IT job in Japan..?

I am a IT graduate. I also have Microsoft vendor certification on .NET. I want to leave India as soon as possible and get a IT job in Japan. Where do I search? How do I apply. Should I learn japanese to increase my credibility as an employee there?
