If you have dark hair then simply bleach it , but i must warn you TRY NOT TO DO IT YOURSELF mabey go to a hair dressers which is safer and it will go like a blondy orangey and then you buy a dye which is that colour or if your hairs light just buy a dye , BUT DYE MUST BE PERNIMENT !
