How do I accept my disfigured genitals, ladies please help me?

First off.... if that nurse would have done that to me, I would be one rich woman about now. I would have sued the pants off of that clinic for what they did to me. What consequence did the nurse receive?? Just because it was a low income clinic does not mean that they should do "low income" treatment!! I would go to a lawyer first and foremost. Sue them. There should be some documentation somewhere about what treatment you were given and the disgusting results. Then, I would go to a cosmetic surgeon that specializes in labial surgery to see if there is anything that can be done medically to improve your condition. You are thinking that you are a turn off.... that probably is not true.... guys are not as "picky" as you might think, and the sexual adventures of many are amped up to sound better than they are. Trust that you have something better to offer a man than just a roll in the hay. Know that love is more than sex, and that even though your skin is a bit off color, that if all things still work down there, then you have nothing to fear. You could look at this from a differing angle... you c-o-u-l-d see this as your ticket to a lifelong relationship.... with your aversion to sex, you will have the time to develop a **real** relationship with someone that is based on those things that will matter in the long run.... personality, humor, compatibility, common interests, trust, intelligence, financial responsibility.... all of the things that truly matter in a long lasting relationship. Once you have established a relationship based on the tenets of love rather than lust, your personal disgust might just melt away in the light of real love.
