Drugs that can cause a Multiple Organ Failure?

i'm just thinking..one of our closest family friend died, his Executive checkup show that he is in a perfect condition, he is 64y/o japanese. It starts with a simple LBM then his blood pressure goes down and after a few days he goes into Coma....after a day, he died because of multiple organ failure(i think it starts at Kidney) and Rupture in the heart, after that we think there is foul play that he died that he's been poisoned...and the doctors says this is the first time they encounter such thing.... i'm wondering if there is a DRUGS that can cause that and can't detect easily by autopsy
