What is the drinking age in Nebraska?

I ask this question because I was at a Pizza Hut in Nebraska and I was meeting up with some older cousins and Uncles and Aunts, etc. And they stayed open late cause we was a big group and my older cousin shes about 19 years old and she was drinking beer/margaritas and the pizza hut people were giving her them (maybe cause they were in high school or fairly young) Is the age lowered in Nebraska Pizza Huts? Or did they think my older cousin (girl) thought was older then 21?

I enrolled in a cosmetology trade school in June of 2009, I have had huge issues attending so much so that in feb. 2010 I took a 5-6 month leave, then continued to struggle and ended up leaving again at the end of march this year, I was diagnosed with anxiety/panic disorder and a social phobia, and haven't been back. I have considered a disability discharge of my loans but they are very difficult to get approved, and since my disability, I feel hinders me specifically in this field (cosmetology and the direct client interaction) the disability discharge can affect your ability to go to school for something else, which I plan and want to do, just in a field that I would prosper better in. �I can't afford to pay for this $18,000 course, and then go for something else, when there is no possibility of me even being capable of taking the state board for a cosmo license, let alone work in the industry, I am absolutely heartbroken about this situation and that I literally am throwing money away, money that I don't even have! it's bad enough I've already wasted 2 years of my life and even if I can get a refund I will have to start all over with something else. �to top it off the cosmo "school" is a joke I don't even know how people with out disabilities can do it... � �I need some good advice on how to even approach the situation, or if there is anything I can do :(

Can gay people be heterophobic?

I think queer people can be prejudiced and can stereotype heteros, but I do not think there such a thing as heterophobia. Homophobia isn't just an individuals randomly deciding to be prejudiced against queer people, it is part of a long and ongoing history of oppression and discrimination. When there is a federal defense of marriage act against heteros, when kids are bullied for being hetero, when heteros loose jobs, etc. then there might be the possibility of such a thing as heterophobia.

Best lightweight stroller ?

My son is 8 months old and I am looking for the best lightweight stroller. Things I would like: a good recline, a nice size canopy, good wheels, easy to close and open and a basket of some sort underneath. I am trying to stat under $150. Right now I have a few I like. The Combi Cosmo, First Years Ignite, Chicco Liteway and Babytrend Trendsetter. If anyone has one of these and can give opinion or recommend one?

I would remove Buster Blader, Spellbinding Circle, and Emblem of the Dragon Destroyer. Instead run Monster Reborn and Chaos Sorcerer. Drop the Polymerization and the Dark Paladin. You really need to run Magical Dimension, a Spellcaster deck without it is dead.
